Affordable Housing Program
Specifically designed for mothers with children, this program features two-bedroom, two-bath duplexes available at below market value per month. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment that supports family well-being. This program includes a one-time eviction forgiveness and requires tenants to earn only two times the rent amount.
Pregnant and Parenting Student Housing Program
We provide student housing for parenting college students. The nurturing and family-oriented environment is designed to support young mothers to care for their child, complete college, and work towards becoming independent and self-reliant women.
