How can I access my Cruising for a Cause Account online?

  2. You should have received your email with account information after your purchase. If you do not see that email, please use the Lost My Password link on the login form here.    If you cannot remember which email you used to make your purchase, please contact support using the form on the page for more assistance.
Can I make payments before they are due?

Yes.  After logging in on the My Account page, click on My Payments to the left sidebar menu.  From there you can view and pay any outstanding payments at your convenience.

Will my card be charged automatically?

No, you will need to access your account on the HOD website to make payments.   For security purposes, none of your payment information is held by our system. In fact, we use PayPal’s very secure payment system to guard against fraud and protect your card/bank account information throughout.

For your convenience, we will send email notices one week and a few days before your each subsequent cruise installment is due.
